FAQ
Questions, Answered
Everything prospective clients ask us before booking a first session — if yours isn’t here, ask us directly.
How much does personal training cost at Your PT Hub?
A 5-session package costs £350 and a 10-session package costs £650, both with no expiry. Duo sessions and a rolling subscription option are also available — ask us for current rates.
How long is a personal training session?
Standard 1-to-1 and duo sessions run for one hour, giving enough time for a full warm-up, the main program work, and a cool-down without rushing.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full cancellation policy details to be confirmed and published here — placeholder pending business input.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable training clothes, trainers you can lift in, and a water bottle are all you need — we provide all the equipment, including Eleiko power racks and free weights.
Is personal training at Your PT Hub suitable for complete beginners?
Yes. Every program starts from your current level, and your coach will teach you proper technique from the first session, whether you've never lifted before or you're returning after a break.
What's the difference between physiotherapy and personal training here?
Physiotherapy at Your PT Hub is delivered by Olympus Physiotherapy, an independently operated practice on our ground floor led by sports physiotherapist Paul Holmes — they assess and treat pain, injury and movement dysfunction, and manage their own bookings. Personal training, run by Your PT Hub directly, focuses on building strength and fitness once you're moving well. Many clients start with Olympus and move into personal training with us afterwards.
Should I choose group training or 1-to-1 personal training?
Choose 1-to-1 personal training if you want a program built entirely around you and undivided coaching attention; choose group training if you want structured, coached sessions at a lower price point and enjoy training alongside others.
Is nutrition coaching included with personal training, or is it separate?
Every personal training program includes baseline nutrition and lifestyle guidance alongside your workouts. Standalone, more in-depth Nutrition Coaching is also available separately — ask us for current pricing.
What are the terms for hiring the Hub?
The Hub for Hire starts from £95 per hour for full gym rental, with discounts for bookings over one hour. It suits photoshoots, content creation days and workshops — get in touch via the contact form for availability.
How do I book a free taster session?
Use the “Book a Free Taster Session” button on any page, or fill in the contact form on our Contact page with the service you're interested in, and we'll get back to you to arrange a time.
