How We Handle Your Data
This page explains what the Your PT Hub website collects, how it’s used, and how long it’s kept.
What We Collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, surname, email address, phone number, the message you write, and which service you’re interested in.
How It’s Transmitted & Stored
Form submissions are sent securely to our third-party form-handling provider (to be finalized, e.g. Formspree or Web3Forms) and forwarded to our studio inbox. We don’t operate our own server or database for this data.
How Long We Keep It
Retention period to be confirmed with the business (e.g. “until your enquiry is resolved, then deleted within 12 months”).
Consent
By ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the contact form, you agree to receive communications from Your PT Hub about your enquiry. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties beyond our form-handling provider.
